摘要
通过对高压隔爆型三相永磁同步电动机的冷风路的组成,与理论计算等进行分析,阐述了为了防止绝缘系统的高温对电机的毁坏,主要是消除这些损耗产生的热量。而消除热量使用的一种方法是有内外风扇的组合方法。现对这一种冷却方法的的优化设计,从而提高永磁同步电动机的可靠性保障永磁电机的稳定运行。
By analyzing the structure and theoretical calculation of cold air path of highvoltage flameproof three-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor,this paper describes that the heat generated by these losses should be eliminated mainly by preventing motor destruction from high temperature of insulation system. One method used to eliminate the heat is a combination of internal and external fans. This kind of cooling method is optimally designed to improve the reliability of permanent-magnet synchronous motor and sequentially ensure its stable operation.
