摘要
详细地介绍了葛洲坝电站原上导轴承结构,并对上导轴承瓦支撑不稳、支撑调整量不准问题进行分析,并结合机组实际情况进行结构优化设计,对原机组的上导轴承结构进行更新优化,从而解决该问题,并对后续设计和类似的问题处理提出了一个指导性方案。
This paper introduces the structure of original upper guide bearing of Gezhouba power station in detail,and analyzes the problems of instable support of upper guide bearing bush and inaccuracy adjusting amount of support. The optimal design of the structure is carried out combined with actual situation of the unit,and the structure of original upper guide bearing is updated and optimized so as to solve the problems. A guiding direction to solve subsequent design and similar problems is given.
