社会记忆构建与地方特色档案资源整合与传播--以“近现代中国苏州丝绸档案”为例的考察

Social Memory Construction and Integration and Communication of Local Characteristic Archival Resources——A Case Study on the Archives of Suzhou Silk in Modern and Contemporary Times

地方特色档案资源承载着地域文化的记忆基因,反映了特殊时期的文化记忆,具有多元的社会文化价值。本文从社会记忆构建的视角,以苏州市工商档案管理中心抢救和保护"近现代中国苏州丝绸档案"并成功入选《世界记忆名录》的事件为案例,探索了地方特色档案资源的整合模式与传播路径。研究发现:近现代中国苏州丝绸档案资源的整合,体现了由组织记忆向公共记忆、碎片记忆向整体记忆、固化记忆向活态记忆的转型,而苏州市工商档案管理中心探索的近现代中国苏州丝绸档案资源的产业化、国际化和多媒体传播路径,大大推动了苏州丝绸记忆文化的传播。

The local characteristic archival resource carries the memory gene of regional culture, which reflects the cultural memory of special periods and has multiple social and cultural values. From the perspective of social memory construction, this paper,taking the example of ＂the archives of Suzhou silk from modern to contemporary times＂（ ASSMCT） rescued and protected by Suzhou Industrial and Commercial Archives Administration（ SICAA） and included in the Memory of the World Register, studies the integration mode and propagation path of the local characteristic archival resources. It shows that the integration of archival resources of ASSMCT indicates a transition from organizational memory to a public one, fragmented memory to an integrated one,and static memory to a dynamic one, and that industrialization, internationalization and multimedia communication path explored by SICAA greatly promote the spread of memory culture of Suzhou silk.
