当前,在"互联网+"环境之中,我国档案管理正在向数字化方向进行转变,需要我们以"互联网+"的思维,推动数字化档案建设,推动我国档案管理的快速提升。文章分析了"互联网+"环境下的档案管理新思维,探讨了"互联网+"对档案数字化建设的影响,提出了"互联网+"环境下的档案数字化建设应对和提升策略。

At present, under the environment of ＂Internet ＋＂, archives management in China is turning to digitalization, which requires us to promote the construction of digital archives and the rapid improvement of archives management in China with the ＂Internet ＋＂ thinking. This paper analyzes the new thinking of archives management under ＂Internet ＋＂ environment, discusses the influence of ＂Internet ＋＂ on the digitalization of archives, and puts forward the strategy for the construction of archives digitalization under ＂Internet ＋＂ environment.
