Scientific research and teaching documents of university teachers are rich and wide, and have continuous and lasting influence. So it is necessary to strengthen the document management. This paper explores the document management pattern, and discusses the digital classification of documents, institutionalization of the documents management, the standard naming method,and their application in common document management. The proposed document management program, applicable to university teachers and assistants, can effectively avoid chaos in the document and improve work efficiency.
