摘要
促进学生全面发展是小学校本课程开发的起点和归宿。为了能够更好地实现这一目的,教师要确立多样化的校本课程开发理念,以满足学生多样化的学习和兴趣需求为导向;以学生为中心是小学校本课程开发的价值目标,要注重学生、教师和家长的共同参与,强调课程开发主体间的平等对话和交流;自主选择是小学校本课程开发的实践理念,要为激发学生自主学习做出贡献。概言之,以学生全面发展为导向的小学校本课程开发是在主体间相互沟通的实践中动态生成和发展的课程实践过程。
To promote the comprehensive development of students is the starting point and destination of school-based curriculum development in primary school. In order to achieve this goal, teachers should establish their various school-based curriculum development concepts to meet the students' diverse learning and interests' needs; student-centered is the value goal of school-based curriculum development in primary school, and it emphasizes the participation of students, teachers and parents and highlights the equal dialogues and exchanges among the subjects of curriculum development. Independent choice is the practical concept of school-based curriculum development in primary school and it should make contributions to students' self-learning. In a word, the school-based curriculum development in primary school that oriented to students' comprehensive development is a process of curriculum practice development that is dynamically generated and developed in the practice of mutual communication among subjects.
