摘要
基于发展视角,比较分析了高职高专教育的属性、办学定位等学理性问题,认为二者是不同类型的教育,高专属于普通高等教育范畴,以培养专业技能型人才为目标,高职培养职业技能型人才。基于此,坚持以"学习"为中心的教学观,对其人才培养模式、教育教学管理、学业评价及课程考试制度改革等问题作了实践性探讨,提出高专"新三段式"人才培养模式以及优化高职人才培养模式的构想。
This paper, from the perspective of development, analyzes many theoretical issues of higher specialized education and higher vocational education, such as educational property and college-running orientation. It points out that higher specialized education and higher vocational education are two different types of education. The former belongs to the category of ordinary higher education which targets the goal of cultivating the person with specialized skills while the latter belongs to the vocational education which targets the goal of cultivating the person with vocational skills. Based on the above view as well as a view of learning as the central teaching concept, this paper explores many practical issues like talent training mode, education and teaching management, academic evaluation and the reforms of testing system and curriculum. Finally, it puts forward a new three stages mode of talent training for higher specialized colleges, and a conception of optimizing the modes of talent training for higher vocational colleges.
