变螺距螺旋输送机的螺距设计与性能分析 被引量:14

摘要 螺旋输送机的螺距结构对其性能影响较大,在等螺距的使用中,如果结构参数选取不当,可能引起出料口方向的物料不均匀。为了解决该问题,采用变螺距设计方法,基于EDEM软件定量分析了性能指标的变化。结果表明:在保证输送量的同时,相比等螺距,指数型对应的能量耗散降低24.11%;科研工作者设计螺距对应的能量耗散相比等螺距降低30.90%,而平均质量流量和平均颗粒速度分别下降19.29%、22.88%,下降率最高;抛物线型对应的平均质量流量和平均颗粒速度,与指数型相比略有升高,但其能量耗散相比指数型更高。最后对输送性能较佳的指数型方法,设计了变螺距参数界面,能够得到不同型号输送机的变螺距结构参数。研究成果对变螺距的设计与研究具有一定参考意义。 The pitch structure of the screw conveyor has a great influence on its performance. If the pitch parameters have not chosen properly in the use of constant pitch,the phenomenon of particle unevenness might appears along the outlet. In order to solve the problem, the variable pitch method was utilized and the change of performance indexes were analyzed quantitatively based on the software of EDEM. The results show that the energy dissipation of the exponential type is reduced by 24.11% compared to constant pitch while keeping the same conveying capacity,the energy dissipation in Someone's research decreased by 30.90% compared to constant pitch,while the average mass flow rate and average particle velocity decreased by 19.29% and 22.88% respectively,which is a biggest rate of decline. Compared to the exponential type,the average mass flow rate and average particle velocity of the parabolic method are slightly higher,but which has higher energy dissipation than that of the exponential type. Finally,the author designs a variable-pitch parameters interface about exponential method with better conveying performance,thus can obtain variable pitch parameters of different types of screw conveyor,which has a certain preference value for the design and research of variable pitch.
