摘要 研制样车并进行实验是车辆研发过程中的重要环节之一。对于多轴转向多轴驱动车辆,为了能够在行驶的样车上验证其动力学性能和控制算法,需要有相应的实验测控系统。设计五轴转向五轴驱动电动车的遥控驾驶测控系统,在功能上分为电动车、遥控驾驶系统和上位机监控系统三部分,可实现电动车的遥控驾驶或特定模式自主驾驶,并对电动车运行参数进行遥测、显示和存储,安全和方便。测控系统经调试能可靠运行,可作为多轴转向多轴驱动车辆开发过程中的动力学性能、控制算法和智能车控制的实验验证样车,可为样车设计提供参考。 It's one of important steps to prepare a sample vehicle and carry out experiments in course of development of vehicle.As for multi-steering and multi-powering vehicle,to verify dynamic performances and control algorithms of the sample vehicle in motion,it is necessary to use corresponding experimental measure and control system. It develops a measure and control system of five-axis steering and powering electric vehicle drived remotely. According to the functions,the system is divided into three parts of electric vehicle,driving system remotely and measurement and control system of host computer,which can implement the task safely and conveniently to drive the vehicle remotely or drive the vehicle automatically and to measure remotely,display and save the operation parameters. The system can operate reliably through debugging,which can act as a verification sample vehicle of dynamic performances,control algorithms and control of intelligent vehicle in course of development of multi-steering and multi-powering vehicle,and provide reference for design of the sample vehicle.
