老年男性2型糖尿病患者血清25-羟维生素D与血脂的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究老年男性2型糖尿病患者血清25-羟维生素D与血脂的相关性,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法选取2016年该院收治的老年男性2型糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象,根据患者入院后不同血清25-羟维生素D水平进行分组,分析血清25-羟维生素D与血脂等相关生化指标的相关性。结果全部纳入研究的患者根据年龄分组可见,3组患者体质量指数(BMI)均超过正常身高体质量标准,且3组患者的25-羟维生素D水平均不足,血脂相关各项指标均明显超过正常值范围;根据25-羟维生素D水平将全部患者分为充足组(26例)、不足组(36例)及缺乏组(38例)。3组患者总胆固醇(TC)、总蛋白(TP)、清蛋白(ALB)水平之间差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05),但三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、脂蛋白(a)、前清蛋白(PA)水平之间差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年男性2型糖尿病患者血清25-羟维生素D水平与糖尿病的发病存在一定关系,同时患者血清25-羟维生素D水平与体内TG、LDL-C、HDL-C等血脂相关指标之间存在一定关系。提示在2型糖尿病患者的治疗中有效补充血清25-羟维生素D对临床治疗及降低血脂水平有一定影响,对于临床治疗具有一定指导意义。 Objective To study the correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and blood lipid in the senile male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ,and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment . Methods A total of 100 senile male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in the hospital in 2016 were enrolled in the study as the research subjects .The patients were divided into two groups according to the ser-um levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D after admission .The correlations among serum vitamin D and blood lipid and other biochemical indexes were analyzed .Results According to the age division ,it could be seen that the body mass index (BMI) of the 3 groups was higher than that of the normal standard ,and the levels of 25-hy-droxy vitamin D in the three groups were deficient .The blood lipid-related indexes were significantly beyond the normal range .According to the level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D ,the patients were divided into adequate group (n=26) ,inadequate group (n=36) and lack group (n=38) .From the statistical analysis of data from 3 groups ,it could be seen that there were no statistically significant differentes on total cholesterol (TC) ,total protein (TP) and albumin (ALB) level(P〉0 .05) .However ,there were significant differences on three acyl glycerol (TG) ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) ,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) , lipoprotein (a) and prealbumin (PA) level(P〈0 .05) .Conclusion The serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in elderly men with type 2 diabetes is related to the onset of diabetes ,and there is a negative correlation be-tween the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and the blood lipid related indexes such as TG ,LDL-C and HDL-C .Therefore ,it is suggested that the effective supplementation of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has a certain correlation with the clinical treatment of patients and the lowering of blood lipid level in patients ,w hich may be of certain guiding significance for clinical treatment .
