摘要
为比较碱性负离子液、复合微生态制剂替代抗生素后对肥育猪生长性能、舍内环境的影响,选择体重65 kg左右的杜长大三元杂种肥育猪72头,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组在基础饲粮中添加抗生素杆菌肽锌0.06 mg/kg+硫酸黏菌素0.04 mg/kg,试验1组在基础饲粮中添加碱性负离子液500 mg/kg+复合微生态制剂2 000 mg/kg,试验2组在基础饲粮中添加复合微生态制剂2 000 mg/kg,试验3组在基础饲粮中添加碱性负离子液500 mg/kg。正试期71 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组末重分别极显著提高4.04%(P<0.01)、8.08%(P<0.01)、9.57%(P<0.01),日增重分别极显著提高8.90%(P<0.01)、17.58%(P<0.01)、20.80%(P<0.01),料重比分别极显著降低10.74%(P<0.01)、13.77%(P<0.01)、16.53%(P<0.01);舍内氨气浓度分别降低19.32%(P>0.05)、18.18%(P>0.05)、22.73%(P<0.05),桶内氨气浓度分别降低16.67%(P>0.05)、12.50%(P>0.05)、27.50%(P<0.05)。结论:在饲粮中添加碱性负离子液和复合微生态制剂能达到添加抗生素"杆菌肽锌和硫酸黏菌素"的作用效果或者更优,并改善舍内环境。
To compare effect of alkaline ionized liquid, compound probiotics substituting antibiotics on the growth performance of fattening pigs and the indoor environment. 72 fattening pigs(about 65 kg) were selected in this experiment, were randomly divided into 4 treatments, the groups were divided into three repeatition,which there were six fattening pigs. Among them, the control group to add "zinc bacitracin(0.06 mg/kg)+colistin sulphate(0.04 mg/kg)", the group 1 to add "Alkaline ionized liquid(500 mg/kg) +Microorganism(2 000 mg/kg)",the group 2 to add "Microorganism(2 000 mg/kg)", the group 3 to add "Alkaline ionized liquid(500 mg/kg)".Feeding trials for 71 days. The test results showed that: the final weight of the group 1, the group 2 and the group 3 respectively was significantly improved by 4.04%(P〈0.01), 8.08%(P〈0.01) and 9.57%(P〈0.01) compared with the antibiotic, daily gain were significantly increased by 8.90%(P〈0.01), 17.58%(P〈0.01) and 20.80%(P〈0.01),the feed to gain ratio were significantly reduced by 10.74%(P〈0.01), 13.77%(P〈0.01) and 16.53%(P〈0.01); indoor ammonia concentration respectively was reduced by 19.32%(P〉0.05), 18.18%(P〉0.05) and 22.73%(P〈0.05).In bucket ammonia concentration, respectively lower than antibiotic by 16.67%(P〉0.05), 12.50%(P〉0.05) and27.50%(P〈0.05). Conclusion: adding alkaline ionized liquid and compound microecological preparations in the diet can achieve the effect of adding antibiotic "zinc bacitracin+colistin sulphate", and improve indoor environment.
