摘要
氧化锌(ZnO)通过适量掺杂可以提高自身的热学性能,表现出较好的低阻特征,对有害气体、可燃气体等具有良好的敏感性,在光电领域也有广泛应用。本文讨论了多种金属如Al、Cu、Gd掺杂ZnO的理论方法,并总结了关于掺杂后ZnO的性质研究的结果。对ZnO掺杂的工程应用和实践具有一定的指导意义。
Zinc Oxide( ZnO) by doping can change its thermal properties. It exhibit low resistivity features well,and has a good sensitivity of harmful gas as well as combustible gas,it has broad application in the optoelectronic field.The theory methods of ZnO doped with various metals such as Al,Cu and Gd are discussed,and the properties of doped ZnO are summarized.It has certain directive significance to the engineering application and practice of ZnO doping.
