摘要
探索适用于我国婴幼儿配方粉(PIF)蜡样芽孢杆菌污染的定量暴露评估模型,并估计风险水平。基于我国零售阶段婴幼儿配方粉中蜡样芽孢杆菌定量监测数据以及婴幼儿家庭喂养习惯调查结果,采用婴幼儿配方粉中蜡样芽孢杆菌的微生物预测模型。本研究构建了从零售到喂养阶段婴幼儿配方粉中蜡样芽孢杆菌污染的暴露评估模型,模型估计在婴幼儿最终摄入0.6%的婴幼儿配方粉溶液时,含有高于105CFU/m L的蜡样芽孢杆菌量。研究结果证明,构建的模型适用于我国婴幼儿配方粉蜡样芽孢杆菌污染的风险评估。
The exposure assessment model for Bacillus cereus in powdered infant formula( PIF) was studied and the corresponding health risk was assessed in China.Combining quantitative monitoring data of B. cereus in retail PIF with specific survey results of feeding practice in household,the microbial prediction model was used to establish the exposure assessment model in PIF. The exposure assessment model for B. cereus in PIF was established from retail to feeding. The results showed that when PIF was prepared and ingested,approximately 0. 6% PIF had more than 10^5 CFU/mL by the model analysis. The preliminarily exposure assessment model was built for B. cereus in PIF in China.
