摘要 本文参照玉米联合收获机收获玉米籽粒时实际作业状况,搭建了脱粒滚筒转速和凹板间隙可调节的试验台,并设计了两因素三水平的试验方案分析脱粒滚筒转速与凹板间隙对籽粒破碎率以及果穗脱净率的影响。试验表明凹板间隙是影响脱粒作业脱净率与破碎率的主要影响因素,通过合理调节凹板间隙和滚筒转速在破碎率与脱净率之间获取平衡以达到损失率最低的目的。 Refer to the actual working condition of corn grain harvesting with corn combine harvester, a test bed with adjustable speed of threshing drum and gap between concave plates was built, a two-factor three-level test scheme was designed to analyze the effect of threshing drum speed and gap between concave plates on corn grain breakage rate and corn threshing rate as well. The test indicates that, the gap between concave plates is the main influencing factor of threshing rate and breakage rate, the lowest loss rate can be achieved through adjustment of gap between concave plates and threshing drum speed in order to achieve balance between breakage rate and threshing rate.
