Grey Clustering Evaluation Model of Logistics Service Service Quality Performance Based on Endpoint Triangle Whitening Weight Function

物流业作为现代服务业的重要组成部分,其质量绩效越来越受到关注。利用端点三角白化权函数的灰色聚类评估方法可以克服被评价对象模糊性的特点,从物流服务质量绩效的3个维度,共10个指标建立评价指标体系并进行灰色综合聚类评估。

As an important section of modern service industry,logistics quality performance has attracted more and more attention. Using grey clustering evaluation model on endpointtrigonometric whitening weight function, the fuzziness of objectbeing evaluated can be overcome. This paper draw the evaluation index system with three dimensions and ten indexes oflogistics service quality performance, and evaluated by greyclustering evaluation methods.
