摘要
随着生鲜电商的发展、消费者生活水平的提高,对生鲜农产品的需求急速增长,同时更加重视食品的新鲜度。为了顺应这种趋势,需要构建从"田间到餐桌"的全程一体化冷链物流体系。文章文首先分析了江苏省农产品冷链物流现状,然后结合江苏省农产品冷链物流供给侧改革的现状,提出了江苏省农产品冷链物流的发展对策。
With the development of fresh E-commerce and theimprovement of consumers' living standard, the demand forfresh agricultural products is increasing rapidly, and the freshness of food is paid more attention to. In order to conform tothis trend, we need to builda whole process of integrated coldchain logistics system from“field to table” . This paper first analyzes the current situation of agricultural products cold chainlogistics in Jiangsu province, and then puts forward the development countermeasures of agricultural products cold chain logistics in Jiangsu province based on the current situation ofthe supply side reform of agricultural products cold chain logistics in Jiangsu province.
