作战航材保障供应链的柔性化管理研究

Research on Flexible Management of Supply Chain for Combat Air Material Support

随着信息技术的不断更新与发展,战争的样式与形态发生了翻天覆地的变化,战争的爆发越来越突然,战场的需求变化越来越快,后勤保障部队对其感知能力与适应能力需要进一步加强。作战航材保障部队作为航空兵部队的保障力量之一,其保障环境变化更加迅猛,保障要求更加苛刻,保障协调更加困难,所以针对这些问题,作战航材保障必须具有一定的敏捷性,要调整传统的保障观念。文章提出了柔性供应链管理的方法策略,利用先进的信息化手段实现精确保障,从时间、空间、成本三个角度提出了改进作战航材供应的方式方法,使作战航材保障由资源规模性向需求响应型转变。

With the continuous updating and development of information technology, the form of war have undergone tremendouschanges. The outbreak of war is more and more abrupt, and the demand for battlefield is changing faster and faster. Logisticalsupport forces need to further improve their perception and adaptability. Combat air material support forces as one of the supportforce of the air force, the security environment changes more rapidly, the security requirement are more demanding, more difficultto guarantee harmonious beach is difficult. So to solve these problems, the combat aviation material support must have a certainagility, to adjust the traditional security concept. This paper put forward the strategy of flexible supply chain management, realizethe accurate guarantee using the advanced information technology, the improve method of combat air material supply mode putforward from three aspects of time, space and cost which will make combat air material demand response to the scale of resources by type change.
