Big data is a disruptive technological change in the IT industry, which has a huge impact on national governance, corporate decision-making, personal life. The basic medical insurance system, as an important part of the social security system, is related to the vital interests of the people. This paper analyzes the characteristics of big data and the existing problems in the management of the insured in Shenyang, and analyzes the changes and possible problems brought by the introduction of big data into the medical insurance management system. The effective combination of the two is expected to speed up the construction of medical insurance system, so that people get more convenience.
