小檗碱抗炎活性在糖尿病和肿瘤中的应用进展

Anti-Inflammatory Activity of Berberine in Diabetes and Neoplasms

小檗碱(又名黄连素)是从传统中药黄连、黄柏及三颗针中提取的一种生物碱,抑菌作用显著,常用于胃肠道感染性疾病。近年来小檗碱对糖尿病、肿瘤的治疗作用多有报道,两类疾病的发生、进展与炎症因子密切相关,本文综述小檗碱对炎症因子在两种疾病影响中的作用,阐述其抗炎原理与治疗机制,以期小檗碱能够老药新用,从抑制共同的炎症因子和信号通路这一角度为治疗糖尿病并发肿瘤提供新的临床应用思路。

Berberine,an alkaloid extracted from traditional Chinese medicine rhizoma coptidis,cortex phellodendri and barberry root,has significant bacteriostatic activity and is commonly used in gastrointestinal infection.In recent years,many studies have reported the therapeutic effect of berberine on diabetes and tumors,which are closely related to the inflammatory factors.In order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of diabetes complicated with tumors by inhibiting inflammatory cytokine production and signaling pathway,this paper reviews the effect of berberine on inflammatory factors and describes its anti-inflammatory principle and mechanism in diabetes and neoplasms.
