摘要
本研究采用不同肾切除手术方法,研究大鼠肾脏损伤及疾病病程变化规律。研究表明,肾脏的缺失并未影响大鼠机体体重的改变,术后2周开始不同肾切除大鼠肾脏病变规律发生差异性改变。1/2肾切除大鼠肾脏缺失后存在明显代偿性作用,血肌酐、血尿氮缓慢上升,尿肌酐、肌酐清除率下降迟缓,肾小管、肾小球组织损伤均为轻度损伤;5/6肾切除大鼠肾缺失后肾脏各项指标急剧恶化,血肌酐、血尿氮快速上升,显著高于1/2肾切除大鼠(P<0.01),尿肌酐、肌酐清除率显著快于1/2肾切除大鼠下降程度(P<0.01),肾小管上皮受损严重,肾小球重度硬化,间质存在炎性细胞浸润。该研究为建立肾脏缺失模型提供了依据。
In this paper, different methods of nephrectomy surgery were used to study kidney injury and disease course changes. Studies have shown that the absence of the kidneys did not affect body weight changes in rats. At 2 weeks after operation, the renal lesions in different nephrectomies were changed differently. There is a clear compensatory role in 1/2 nephrectomy rat kidneys. Serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen increased slowly, and urinary creatinine and creatinine clearance decreased tardily. Tubules, glomerular tissue are minor injuries. 5/6 nephrectomy rat kidney indicators deteriorated rapidly. Serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen increasedsignifcantly faster than 1/2 nephrectomy rats (P〈0.01), and urinarycreatinine,creatinine clearance than 1/2 nephrectomy rats decreased more rapidly (P〈0.01).Besides, renal tubular epithelial damage is serious,and glomerular severely sclerosis,and infammatory cell infltration exists renal interstitium.This study provides a basis for establishing a model of kidney defciency.
