摘要
本试验以青玉米秸秆为原料,开展切碎和揉丝两种处理对其青贮品质影响的研究。结果表明,两种处理的玉米秸秆青贮p H均低于4.2,揉丝处理组(p H3.51)低于切碎处理组(p H3.89);两个处理组乳酸含量占总酸的比例均在80%以上,揉丝处理组乳酸含量达9.42%,比切碎处理组高出31.56%;干物质含量比切碎组高13.51%;粗蛋白含量比切碎组高4.98%;酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维分别比切碎组低20.50%和17.13%。综合发酵品质和营养成分考虑,在西昌地区开展青玉米秸秆青贮采用切碎和揉丝处理都可以,经揉丝处理的玉米秸秆青贮品质更优,具有很好的应用前景。
Research on silage quality was carried on by using maize straw as silage material with treatments of cutting up and extrude-kneading. Results indicated that, pH of two treatments were 3.51-3.89, and p H of extrudekneading treatment was lower than that of cutting up treatment. Lactic acid to total acid ratio of two treatments were above 80%, and lactic acid content of extrude-kneading treatment was that is improved by 31.56 than that of cutting up treatment. Compared to cutting up treatment, DM content of extrude-kneading treatment was 13.51% higher, CP content was 4.98 higher, and ADF and NDF were 20.50% and 17.13 lower respectively. Considering silage quality and nutrient content, maize straw silage with treatments of cutting up and extrude-kneading can be all carried on in Xichang, but silage quality with latter treatment was better, it had a good application prospect.
