摘要
针对血管内超声图像数据,对血管内腔进行三维重构和可视化处理。建立基于Visualization Toolkit(VTK)和Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit(ITK)的三维重构系统,在重建过程中主要采用水平集分割获取目标区域,利用体绘制方法重构三维模型。实验结果表明,该系统可以有效的生成血管模型,并可以对模型进行旋转、缩放等操作,便于对模型的观察。
The 3D model of vascular lumen was constructed and visualized in the 3D environment on the basis of the scanned data by intravascular ultrasound technology. The 3D constructing system is developed based on the Visualization Toolkit(VTK) and the Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit(ITK). In the process of modeling, the level set segmentation method was used to get target areas. Furthermore, the volume rendering method was used to construction 3D visualized model. The experimental results showed that the 3D model of vascular can be effectively generated by the system, which provided some general operations(rotation, scaling etc.) to benefit the users to observe the model conveniently.
