摘要
文章主要介绍一种应用于石油分离领域的检测装置。石油从地面上抽取上来之后,静置一段时间后,水和石油因为比重不同会产生分层现象。当完成分层后,打开该检测装置,同时打开石油静置装置的下侧阀门。由于激光不能穿透石油,当激光接收探头接收不到激光信号时,说明水已经流完了,这时单片机就会做出反应,启动声光报警,提醒工人关闭阀门了。该装置设计简单,成本低廉,具有巨大的推广前景。
This paper mainly introduces a kind of detection device which used in petroleum separation field. After the oil is extracted from the ground and a period of static, because of the different gravity of water and oil will produce stratification phenomenon. When the layering is completed,the detection device and the lower side valve of the oil static device are turned on. Since lasers cannot penetrate oil, the laser receiver would not receive the laser signal. The phenomenon shows that the water has run out,then the single-chip computer will react, start the sound and light alarm,remind workers to close the valve.The device is simple in design and low in cost.
