摘要
本文通过对棉/粘胶纤维混纺产品、棉/莫代尔纤维混纺产品、棉/莱赛尔纤维混纺产品分别采用甲酸/氯化锌、59.5%硫酸、37%盐酸三种方法进行试验,并对实验结果进行分析,甲酸/氯化锌法在进行棉/再生纤维素纤维定量分析时应该优先选用。对于棉/莫代尔、棉/粘胶混纺产品,可以采用37%盐酸法、59.5%硫酸法、甲酸/氯化锌法;对于棉/莱赛尔混纺产品进行定量分析时,应该避免采用59.5%硫酸法,可以采用37%盐酸法、甲酸/氯化锌法。
This article through to cotton/viscose fiber blended products, cotton/modal fiber blended products, cotton/lyocell cotton blended products using formic acid/zinc chloride, respectively, 59.5% sulfuric acid, 37% hydrochloric acid tested three methods,in this paper, the experimental results are analyzed and the application of formic acid/zinc chloride in the quantitative analysis of cotton/recycled cellulose fiber should be preferred. For cotton/modal, cotton/viscose blended products, we can adopt the method of 37% hydrochloric acid, 59.5% sulfuric acid, formic acid and zinc chloride. In the quantitative analysis of cotton/lyocell blended products, 59.5% sulfuric acid method should be avoided, and 37% hydrochloric acid method, formic acid/zinc chloride method can be used.
