摘要 随着CAD技术的应用越来越广泛,将其引进机械工艺设计中已经普及到各个领域。针对我国目前棉袜企业现状,符合生产状况的棉袜织物设计缓慢的问题,本研究从棉袜工艺设计特点出发,通过分析现有的棉袜机CAD系统数据结构及存储方式,依据Qt模块化和设计便捷的特点,编译生成棉袜织物花型文件,传递给棉袜机控制器。结果表明优化的棉袜CAD花型系统可以设计复杂重复的花型图案,能与棉袜机控制生产过程相结合,具有良好的稳定性。 With the application of CAD technology is more and more widely, the introduction of mechanical technology has spread to all areas. In the design of according to current situation of cotton socks enterprises in our country, in line with the production situation of cotton socks fabric design problem of slow, this article embarks from the cotton socks process design characteristics, through the analysis of the existing cotton hosiery machine CAD system data structure and storage method, based on the characteristics of the Qt modular and convenient design, compile the generated cotton socks fabric pattern file, transfer to cotton hosiery machine controller. The results show that the optimized cotton socks pattern CAD system can design complex repetitive pattern design, can be combined with cotton hosiery machine control the production process, has a good stability.
