China's Provision of International Public Goods under the Perspective of the "Belt and Road Initiative"

国际公共产品是维系国际体系运转的重要因素,冷战结束后,国际公共产品出现了私有化和供给不足的情况。随着实力的增强,中国以"一带一路"倡议为依托,为国际社会提供了器物层面、制度层面和精神层面三大类的公共产品。这是负责任大国的内在要求,也是世界对中国的期待。

International public goods are an important factor in maintaining the operation of the international system.After the Cold War,international public goods have experienced privatization and supply shortages. With the enhancement of its strength,China is relying on the ＂ Belt and Road Initiative＂ to provide the international community with three types of public products： the artifact level,the system level,and the spirit level. This is the internal requirement of a responsible power,and it is also the world＇s expectation for China.
