摘要
利用计算机虚拟现实技术构建调制型无刷双机械端口电机(PMB-DMPM)模型,并进行运行仿真研究。在Maya中建立PMB-DMPM模型,该模型定子为普通绕组,外转子为单层同心式笼型转子,内转子为永磁体,没有电刷装置。采用Unity3D技术实现PMB-DMPM电机的模拟运行,调节电机运行速度,使得定子磁场、外转子、内转子的转速关系更好的符合磁场旋转理论。仿真结果及虚拟运行表明,该电机模型有利于验证电机原理与PMB-DMPM优化设计。
Proposes the model of Pole-Modulation-Brushless Dual Mechanical Port Machine(PMB-DMPM) and studies it with virtual reality technology, and constructs the PMB-DMPM model in Maya. Its stator is the normal winding, the outer rotor is the single-layer concentric cage rotor, and the inner rotor is the permanent magnet. Realizes the simulation of PMB-DMPM motor by Unitiy3D technology, and adjusts its speed. The rotation speed relation of the stator, outer rotor and inner rotor is in accordance with the theory of magnetic rotation. The simulation results show that the motor model in virtual reality is beneficial to the study of PMB-DMPM and its optimization design.
