不同教学方法提高非专科护士结肠镜健康教育能力的实践

The Practice of Different Teaching Methods to Improve Colonic Health Education Ability of Non-Specialty Nurses

目的:探讨不同教学方法提高非专科护士结肠镜健康教育能力。方法:选取非专科护士和结肠镜受检者各100名为研究对象,根据培训登记序号及收费发票号,随机分成对照组护士和受检者各50名。实验组护士和受检者各50名,对照组护士接受讲授法和自学的方式,实验组护士接受翻转课堂、角色扮演、视频教学等方式,比较2组护士理论考试成绩和2组受检者对护士健康教育行为评价、2组受检者肠道清洁度。结果:2组护士理论考试平均成绩及优秀率:实验组(95.1±22.1)、88%优于对照组(84.6±28.1)、60%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);受检者对护士健康教育行为评价得分:实验组(87.07±6.91)优于对照组(65.11±5.64)(P<0.05);受检者肠道清洁率:实验组96%优于对照组60%(P<0.05)。结论:采用翻转课堂、角色扮演、视频教学等方法能提高非专科护士结肠镜健康教育能力,明显提高受检者肠道准备清洁度,提高结肠镜检查质量,值得在临床教学中推广应用。

[Objective]To Explore different teaching methods which can improve health education ability of nonspecialty nurses.[Method]According to the training number and invoice number,100 non-specialist nurses and colonoscopies were selected.Half of them were randomly divided into control group,the others as experimental group.Nurses of control group were taught with common teaching method and self-study,and experimental group were taught with Flipped classroom,role-play and video teaching.Comparing the scores of two groups of nurses＇ theoretical examinations,the behavior evaluation of nurses＇ health education,and the intestinal cleanliness of two groups were compared.[Result]The average examination scores of the experimental group were 95.1±22.1,and 84.6±28.1 in the control group（P〈0.05）.It was 88%in the experimental group and 60%in the control group,which was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Subjects＇ evaluation of nurses＇ health education behavior scored 87.07±6.91 in experimental group,and65.11±5.64 in control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Intestinal cleansing rate in the experimental group and control group were 96% and60%,respectively,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]：Using methods like flip class,role-playing and video teaching can improve non-specialist nurses＇ ability of pre-colonoscopy health education,the cleanliness of the subject＇s bowel preparation and the quality of colonoscopy.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical teaching.
