条形码技术在手术器械管理中的实践

Application of Bar Code Technology in Management of Surgical Instruments

目的:应用条形码技术管理手术器械中,通过可追溯的管理流程,提高管理效率和手术器械安全性。方法:设计条形码管理模型,比较条形码技术应用前后的管理效果。结果:应用条形码技术后,手术器械管理在信息记录、正确收费,消毒可溯源、器械过期、器械丢失、不良事件发生、患者满意度和医护满意度等方面有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:条形码技术有利于手术室的管理和医疗安全。

[Objective]To investigate the application of bar code technology in management of surgical instrument,and establish traceable management procedure.[Method]The bar code management model was designed,and management results before and after using of bar code technology were compared.[Result]After using of bar code technology,there were statistically significant differences in information recording,correct fees,traceable disinfection,instruments overdue,instruments lost,incidence of adverse event,patients＇ satisfaction,doctors and nurses＇ satisfaction（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The bar code technology was benefit for management of operating room and medical safety.
