急性脑梗死Solitaire支架机械取栓术的护理配合

Nursing Cooperation of Solitaire Stent Mechanical Thrombectomy for Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨Solitaire支架机械取栓术治疗急性脑梗死的护理要点。方法:对30例急性脑梗死患者采取Solitaire支架取栓术治疗,术前做好各项准备,术中加强配合,术后积极监测病情变化,预防并发症。结果:30例患者大脑中动脉闭塞21例,颈内动脉闭塞5例,基底动脉闭塞4例,取栓后27例得到再通或部分再通,30例患者术前美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分(18.6±4.1)分,术后24hNIHSS评分(10.3±3.8)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速完善术前准备,术中护理配合,术后密切观察监护对减少术后并发症、改善神经功能的预后具有重要的意义。

[Objective]To explore the nursing points of solitaire stent mechanical thrombectomy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.[Method]30 patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated with solitaire stent thrombectomy.All preparations were done before operation,and the coordination was strengthened during the operation.After the operation,the changes of the condition were monitored and the complications were prevented.[Result]In 30 patients,there were 21 cases of middle cerebral artery occlusion,5 cases of internal carotid artery occlusion,4 cases of basilar artery occlusion,27 cases of repass or partial repassage after thrombectomy.30 cases of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）score were 18.6±4.1 points before operation.24 hour NIHSS score was 10.3±3.8 and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Rapid improvement of preoperative preparation,intraoperative nursing cooperation and close observation after operation are of great significance for reducing postoperative complications and improving prognosis of neurological function.
