严重开放性胫腓骨骨折二次清创微创治疗的手术配合

Surgical Cooperation of Minimally Invasive Treatment for the Secondary Debridement of Severe Open Tibiofibular Fracture

目的:探讨严重开放性胫腓骨骨折微创术中的清创和护理配合。方法:对26例严重开放性胫腓骨骨折患者,经二次清创后采用微创术完成胫腓骨骨折手术的术前准备、术中配合情况进行总结。结果:按Edwards评价系统评定,优15例,良9例,可2例,优良率90%以上。结论:在严重开放性胫腓骨骨折的二次清创微创手术治疗中,积极实施术前准备、手术配合护理,有助于手术的完成,提高手术治疗成功率,对患者预后具有较好的效果,值得临床护理工作推广运用。

[Objective]To explore the debridement and nursing cooperation in minimally invasive treatment of severe open tibiofibular fracture.[Method]26 cases of severe open tibiofibular fracture were treated with minimally invasive surgery after the secondary debridement,and the preoperative preparation and coordination of the operation were summarized.[Result]According to Edwards evaluation system evaluation,15 cases were excellent,9 cases were good,2 cases were qualified with excellent rate of over 90%.[Conclusion]In the secondary debridement minimally surgery of severe open tibiofibular fractures,the implementation of preoperative preparation,nursing for surgical cooperation,is conducive to the completion of surgery and increase the success rate of surgical treatment.It is also benefit for prognosis of patients.
