摘要
目的:观察川崎病患儿的心率变异性指标与其血清NT-proBNP及cTnI水平的相关性。方法:随机选取我院就诊的川崎病患儿98例作为观察组,按照患儿有无冠脉损害分为有冠脉损害的A组与无冠脉损害的B组,并随机选取同期体检健康儿童49例作为对照组,检测各组儿童的心率变异性指标,并分析其与血清NT-proBNP及cTnI水平的相关性。结果:观察组、A组、B组患儿的血清NT-proBNP及cTnI水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且A组显著高于B组(P<0.05);观察组、A组、B组患儿的SDNN、SDANN、VLF以及LF、HF均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且A组患儿显著低于B组(P<0.05);川崎病患儿的血清NT-proBNP水平与SDNN及HF呈负相关(P<0.05);川崎病患儿的血清cTnI水平与SDNN及HF呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:川崎病患儿的心率变异性指标与冠脉损害具有相关性,心率变异性指标的检测对判断川崎病患儿是否出现冠状动脉损害具有一定的临床价值。
[Objective]To investigate the relationship between children with Kawasaki disease heart rate variability index and serum NT-proBNP and cTnI levels.[Method]98 cases with Kawasaki disease in our hospital were randomly selected as the observation group.These 98 patients were divided into group A(n=49)with coronary artery lesions and group B(n=49)without coronary artery lesion.49 cases of healthy children in the same physical examination were randomly selected as the control group.The index of heart rate variability was detected to analyze its correlation with serum NT-proBNP and cTnI levels.[Result]The serum NT-proBNP and cTnI levels in the observation group,group A and group B were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05);and the serum NT-proBNP and cTnI levels in group A were significantly higher than that of group B(P〈0.05).In observation group,SDNN SDANN,VLF,LF,HF of group A and B were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05);and group A were significantly lower than that of B group(P〈0.05).The serum NT-proBNP level in children with Kawasaki disease was negatively correlated with SDNN and HF(P〈0.05);the level of serum cTnI was negatively correlated with Kawasaki's disease SDNN and HF(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]Heart rate variability in children with Kawasaki disease is associated with coronary lesions.The detection of heart rate variability has certain clinical value in judging whether coronary artery lesions occur in children with Kawasaki disease.
