胆囊绒毛状腺瘤癌变相关病理分析

Analysis of pathology in malignant adenoma of gallbladder

目的通过对胆囊绒毛状腺瘤癌变4例典型病例的临床资料进行分析,为胆囊绒毛腺瘤癌变的临床治疗提供参考。方法对4例胆囊绒毛腺瘤癌变患者的临床表现、病理形态、诊断及治疗方法进行分析。结果 4例患者症状一般无特异性,在发现初期其表现和胆囊炎、胆结石症状相似,通过B超检查均显示胆囊息肉样病变。4例患者均通过胆囊切除进行手术治疗,患者无围手术期死亡,无发生切口感染现象,手术部位无积液。结论对于胆囊腺瘤或发生癌变患者均应采取手术治疗,并在手术过程中进行肿瘤快速冰冻切片病理检查,以免漏诊。

Objective To analyze the pathology in 4 cases of malignant adenoma of gallbladder, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of the malignant adenoma of gallbladder. Methods The clinical manifestations, pathology, diagnosis and treatment methods of 4 cases of malignant adenoma of gallbladder were analyzed. Results Four patients with malignant adenoma of gallbladder had no specific symptoms, which were similar to cholecystitis and cholelithiasis in the early stage, and the B ultrasonography showed polypoid lesions. All the 4 patients were treated by cholecystectomy. There was no perioperative death, no incision infection and no effusion in the operation site. Conclusion The patients with gallbladder adenoma or malignant should be treated by operation, and the pathological examination of tumor frozen section should be carried out in the course of operation so as to avoid missed diagnosis.
