利巴韦林联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗病毒性心肌炎对患者心肌酶谱的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察利巴韦林联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法将我院收治的80例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗+利巴韦林治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗后心肌酶谱改善情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组AST、CK-MB、LDH、cTnⅠ水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用利巴韦林联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床效果显著,治疗后患者心肌酶谱改善明显,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of ribavirin combined with creatine phosphate in the treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods A total of 80 patients with viral myocarditis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and ribavirin. The observation group was treated with sodium creatine phosphate on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects, the improvement of myocardial enzymes and occurrence of complications after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group (P〈0.05). After treatment, the levels of AST, CK-MB, LDH, and cTn I significantly decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidences of complications between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Ribavirin combined with creatine phosphate in patients with viral myocarditis has significant clinical effect. After treatment, the myocardial zymogram of patients significantly improved and the incidences of complications is low. It is worthy of clinical application.
