艾拉莫德联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of iguratimod combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的探究分析采用艾拉莫德联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法择取我院收治的类风湿关节炎患者72例展开研究,采用双色球随机模式将72例患者均分为两组,每组36例,对照组患者接受单纯的甲氨蝶呤治疗,试验组患者接受艾拉莫德联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,对两组患者疗效进行观察比较。结果试验组临床总缓解率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组晨僵时间、血沉、C反应蛋白及类风湿关节炎活动度(DAS 28)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采用艾拉莫德联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎可有效提高临床疗效,促进患者症状及实验室指标的改善,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of iguratimod combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Seventy-two cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by the double chromosphere random pattern, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple methotrexate, while the experimental group was treated with iguratimod combined with methotrexate. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total remission rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the morning stiffness time, erythrocyte sedimentation, C reactive protein and rheumatoid arthritis activity score （DAS 28） between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）; the above indexes data after treatment in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Iguratimod combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can effectively improve the clinical effect, improve the symptoms and improvement of laboratory indicators of patients, with high safety, it is worth promoting.
