腹腔镜胆囊切除术与小切口胆囊切除术对患者应激反应的影响

Impact of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and mini-incision cholecystectomy on stress response

目的比较小切口与腹腔镜胆囊切除术对患者术后应激反应的影响。方法选取我院2016年4月至2017年10月收治的行胆囊切除手术治疗的94例患者作为本次研究对象,根据临床术式不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组45例患者接受小切口胆囊切除术治疗,观察组49例患者给予腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗。观察不同术式后两组的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后炎性因子水平更低,住院时间、手术时间及排气时间及切口长度更短,术中出血量更少,术后并发症总发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后恢复快、应激反应弱、并发症少。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of mini-incision and laparoscopic cholecystectomy on the stress response. Methods A total of 94 patients received cholecystectomy from April 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into control group （45 cases） and observation group （49 cases）. The control group received mini-incision cholecystectomy, and the observation group received laparoscoic cholecystectomy. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, there were lower levels of inflammatory factors, shorter hospitalization time, operation time and exhaust time and incision length, fewer intraoperative bleeding and lower total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy has faster recovery, weaker stress response and less complications.
