中西医联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对氧化应激的影响

Effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its effect on oxidative stress

目的研究中西医联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DNP)的疗效及对氧化应激的影响。方法将我院收治的82例DNP患者采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组单纯给予尼莫地平口服治疗,观察组在此基础上联合服用三仙汤治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组TSS评分、MDA水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),SOD、TAOC水平、正中神经与腓总神经SNCV与MNCV明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医联合用药治疗DNP可减轻患者氧化应激反应导致的血管损伤,改善患者神经传导情况,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DNP） and its effect on oxidative stress. Methods Eighty-two patients with DNP were selected and divided into control group （41 cases） and observation group （41 cases） by random number method. The control group was treated with nimodipine alone, on the basis the observation group was treated with Sanxian decoction. The treatment effects between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the TSS scores and MDA level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; the levels of SOD, TAOC, SNCV and MNCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can reduce vascular damage caused by oxidative stress in patients with DNP, improve nerve conduction in patients, it is worth promoting.
