米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的效果

Therapeutic effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage

目的研究米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的效果。方法选择2016年1月至2017年8月我院产科50例产后出血患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组25例,分别采用宫缩素治疗和米索前列醇联合宫缩素治疗,观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果对照组和观察组产后出血率分别为32.00%和8.00%,观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组不良反应发生率分别为24.00%、8.00%,观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗产后出血可以有效减少产妇产后出血量和降低产后出血发生率,降低患者的不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Fifty patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with orvastatin, and the observation group was treated with misoprostol combine with oxytocin. The therapeutic effect was observed and compared in both groups. Results The rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the control group and the observation group were 32.00%, 8.00% respectively, and that in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the observation group were 24.00%, 8.00% respectively, and that in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Misoprostol combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage rates, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
