个体化康复训练计划对重症颅脑损伤患者肢体功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨重症颅脑损伤患者实施个体化康复训练计划对肢体功能恢复的影响。方法将我院收治的68例重症颅脑损伤患者随机分为参照组和个体化组,每组34例。对两组患者分别给予常规康复护理和个体化康复训练计划,对比两组相关指标。结果与护理前比较,两组患者护理后NIHSS评分均降低,BI均升高,且个体化组明显优于参照组(P<0.05);护理后,个体化组各维度生活质量评分均明显高于参照组(P<0.05);个体化组肢体功能恢复优良率为97.06%,远高于参照组的79.41%(P<0.05)。结论对重症颅脑损伤患者实施个体化康复训练计划能够改善神经功能和提升生活质量,促进肢体功能恢复。 Objective To explore the effect of individualized rehabilitation training program on the recovery of limb function in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were selected, and divided into reference group and individualized group according to the random sequential method, with 34 cases in each group. Routine rehabilitation nursing and individualized rehabilitation training program were given respectively. The related indexes between the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of NIHSS in the two groups decreased, and the BI increased, while those in the individualized group were better than the reference group (P〈0.05). The quality of life scores of the individualized group after nursing were higher than those of the reference group (P〈0.05). The excellent and good rate of limb function recovery in the individualized group was 97.06%, which was much higher than 79.41% of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of individualized rehabilitation training program for patients with severe craniocerebral injury can improve the function of nerve, life ability and the quality of life, and promote the recovery of limb function.
