临床护理计划单应用于高龄胆结石合并胆囊炎患者中的作用

Effect of clinical nursing plan in elderly patients with gallstone and cholecystitis

目的探讨在高龄胆结石合并胆囊炎患者中应用临床护理计划单的作用。方法将96例高龄胆结石合并胆囊炎患者随机分为两组。对照组(48例)实施常规的基础护理,研究组(48例)应用临床护理计划单。对比两组的护理效果。结果研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者胃肠道恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组的HAMA、HAMD评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高龄胆结石合并胆囊炎患者应用临床护理计划单可减少并发症,促进患者的恢复,并可改善患者的情绪状态。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing plan in elderly patients with cholelithiasis and cholecystitis. Methods A total of 96 senile patients with gallstone and cholecystitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （48 cases） carried out the routine basic nursing, and the study group （48 cases） applied clinical nursing plan. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The recovery time of gastrointestinal tract and the hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups decreased after nursing, and the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the study group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing plan in elderly patients with gallstone and cholecystitis can reduce complications, promote recovery and improve emotional states of patients.
