健康教育护理干预对膝关节骨性关节炎护理效果及治疗依从性的影响

Effect of health education nursing intervention on nursing effect and treatment compliance of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨健康教育护理干预对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)护理效果及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取我院收治的KOA患者116例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各58例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上采用健康教育护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果和治疗依从性。结果护理后,两组患者的lequesne指数评分及ADL评分均明显改善,且试验组均明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗依从性优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对KOA患者进行健康教育护理干预,能够促进膝关节功能和日常生活能力恢复,提高治疗依从性。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect and treatment compliance of health education nursing intervention on knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods A total of 116 patients with KOA in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and trial group, with 58 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the trial group adopted health education nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effects and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, Lequesne index scores and ADL scores in both groups were significantly increased, and those in the trial group were much better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The excellent and good rate of treatent compliance of the trial group was much higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health ducation nursing intervention in patients with KOA can promote the recovery of knee joint function and daily living ability, and improve the treatment compliance.
