家庭协同式护理干预措施对小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿心理行为的影响

Effect of family collaborative nursing intervention on psychological behavior of children with viral myocarditis

目的探讨和分析家庭协同式护理干预措施对小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿心理行为的影响。方法本研究选择我院2014年1月至2017年1月收治的75例小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,75例患儿根据其的入院顺序分为甲组(39例)与乙组(36例)。两组患儿均给予常规护理,甲组患儿在此基础上加用家庭协同式护理。比较甲、乙两组患儿心理行为异常的发生情况以及家属对护理工作的满意度。结果甲组患儿心理行为异常发生率(15.38%)明显低于乙组(36.11%),差异存在统计学意义(P=0.039)。甲组患儿家属的护理满意度(94.87%)高于乙组(77.78%),差异存在统计学意义(P=0.030)。结论小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿护理中,采用家庭协同护理干预措施不仅能够改善患儿的心理行为异常的发生率,也能够提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意度,可进行临床推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of family collaborative nursing intervention on the psychological behavior of children with viral myocarditis. Methods Seventy-five children with viral myocarditis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were divided into group A （39 cases） and group B （36 cases） according to the order of admission. Patients in the group A were given routine nursing and family collaborative nursing, the patients in the group B were given routine nursing. The incidence of psychological and behavioral abnormalities, the satisfaction of family members to nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of psychological and behavioral abnormalities in the group A （15.38%） was lower than 36.11% in the group B, and the difference was statistically significant （P=0.039）. The nursing satisfaction （94.87%） of family members of the group A was higher than 77.78% of the group B, and the difference was statistically significant （P=0.030）. Conclusion Family collaborative nursing intervention is effective in children with viral myocarditis, which can improve the children＇s adverse psychology and the satisfaction of children＇s family. It is worthy to be popularized.
