姜黄素缓释载体研究进展

Research progress on curcumin sustained-release carrier

围绕姜黄素溶解度、生物利用度和疾病改善情况,对姜黄素载体剂型和改进方法研究概况进行综述。姜黄素缓释载体有多种形式:固体分散体载体、脂质体载体、纳米粒载体、纳米胶束载体、自微乳载体、微球微囊载体、水凝胶载体等。体外和体内实验研究证明,载体大多可以有效提高姜黄素溶解度、生物利用度以及改善行为学。

This paper reviews the dosage forms and improved methods of curcumin carrier based on its solubility,bioavailability and disease improvement.There are various forms of curcumin sustained-release carrier,such as solid dispersion carrier,liposome carrier,nanoparticle carrier,nanomicelle carrier,self-microemulsion carrier,microsphere and microcapsule carrier and hydrogel carrier.Through the experiments in vitro and in vivo,most of them can effectively improve solubility,bioavailability and behavior.
