Innovation Drive for Promoting the Survival and Development of Pesticide Formulation Companies under the New Situation

分析了新形势下制剂生产企业在事关生存和发展问题上所面临的压力和挑战。突破上述困局的当务之急是直面存在问题,创新驱动,有针对性的提升企业的产业化技术水平。对此,就制剂生产流程中的粉体投料、粉(粒)料传递和尾气排放;第3代悬浮剂(SC、FS)生产工艺的开发;喷雾干燥制剂工艺的技术创新等分列出专题,并逐项予以论述和说明。

The pressure and challenge related to the survival and development of pesticide formulation companies under new situation was analyzed in this paper. The companies should carry on innovation drive to improve the level of industrialization technology. The powder feeding, powder and particle transmission and exhaust emissions in the production process, process development of SC and FS, technology innovation of spray drying formulation process were discussed respectively.
