摘要
目的:分析洛阳地区无偿献血者的献血动机,为制定本地区无偿献血者招募策略提供参考依据。方法:按照知信行(KAP)理论设计问卷调查表,随机选取在4个市区采血屋、6个县区采血屋参加献血的献血者,由经过培训的调查人员现场发放问卷、现场回收问卷。针对1 472份献血者完成问卷的献血动机部分进行统计分析。结果:发放问卷1 683份收回问卷1 472份,有效回收率87.44%。1 472份被调查者中,不同性别和年龄段的献血者献血动机构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同文化程度、不同职业及初次献血者与重复献血者献血动机构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:献血者不同献血动机的构成比与献血次数、文化程度、职业的关联性较大,针对不同人群制定多元化的献血策略和招募体系,持续巩固积极动机的激励作用,加大无偿献血队伍发展,以满足日益增长的临床用血需求。
Objective:To analyze the donation motive of voluntary blood donors in Luoyang,and in order to offer the evidence of reference for recruiting strategy.Method:The questionnaire were designed on the basis of KAP,voluntary blood donors were selected from 4 collection sites in town and 6 collection sites in counties by random,investigators would conduct and collect those questionnaires.Then analysis the donation motive of voluntary blood donors by 1 472 questionnaires.Result:1 683 questionnaires were conducted and 1 472 were collected,the efficient were 87.44%.The constituent ratio of donation motive had no statistical significance in sex and age(P〉0.05);it had statistical significance in literacy,career,first or re-donation(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The constituent ratio of donation motive had more correlation with donation times,literacy and career.Designing the diversified strategy in donation and recruiting for different crowd,consolidating the incentive effect in positive motive,increasing the voluntary blood donation team building,in order to satisfy the increasing demand of clinic.
