我国采用淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗UHA临床效果的循证医学分析

Meta analysis on clinical efficacy of lymphocyte active immunotherapy in treatment of UHA in China

目的:对国内采用淋巴细胞主动免疫疗法治疗不明原因的习惯性流产(UHA)的临床效果进行评价。方法:通过电子和手工检索收集的临床研究文献,根据循证医学方法建立纳入和排除标准,采用Revman4.2软件对符合条件的所有研究结果进行Meta分析。结果:在170篇关于淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗UHA的研究文献中,有19篇文献符合纳入标准,文献中包括2 848例研究对象;淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗UHA的Meta分析表明,相对危险度(RR)为0.27,95%可信区间为0.20~0.36。结论:淋巴细胞主动免疫疗法可有效降低UHA的发生风险。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of active immunotherapy with lymphocytes in the treatment of unexplained habitual abortion（UHA）in China.Method：Through the electronic and manual retrieval of clinical research literature,according to evidence-based medicine method to establish inclusion and exclusion criteria,all the research results were carried out Meta analysis using Revman4.2 software.Result：Of the 170 literatures on active immunotherapy of lymphocytes,19 papers were included in the literature,and 2848 subjects were included in the literature.Meta analysis of active immunotherapy of lymphocytes showed that the relative risk（RR）was0.27 and the 95% confidence interval was 0.20-0.36.Conclusion：Active immunotherapy of lymphocytes can effectively reduce the risk of UHA.
