脐带血造血干细胞向巨核细胞诱导分化研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress on differentiation of cord blood hematopoietic stem cells into megakaryocytes

摘要 大剂量的放、化疗或进行造血干细胞移植会导致患者血小板急剧减少而致出血,严重时危及生命。输注他人捐献的血小板成为目前主要的治疗手段。但血小板储存时间短、易于激活、储存条件苛刻的原因导致血小板供应紧张[1]. The most common treatment for thrombocytopenia or dysfunction is transfusion of donated platelets,but the shortage of supply and security issues are prominent.Differentiation of umbilical cord blood hematopoietic stem cells into megakaryocytes in vitro and infusion into patient body can effectively alleviate the symptoms of thrombocytopenia.Besides,stem cells are abundant and the risk of exogenous virus contamination is small.In this review,recent advances in different induction protocols,pre selection of megakaryocyte progenitor cells,effects of mesenchymal stem cells or three-dimensional environment on the induction process are reviewed,suggesting that megakaryocyte induced by cord blood hematopoietic stem cells may be a new cell sources for the treatment of thrombocytopenia.
