压缩式密封胶筒的密封可靠性分析与研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过分析压缩式密封胶筒的失效机理及失效形式,发现应力集中和胶筒端面挤压破坏是引起胶筒失效的根本原因。根据胶筒的力学模型、变形方程、应力应变方程获得的剪切应力模型,并将胶筒的结构参数、材料属性、载荷等影响因素作为不确定性影响因素,应用应力-强度干涉理论建立了胶筒密封的可靠性模型,利用结构可靠性概率分析法的四阶矩技术,分析和计算胶筒密封性能的可靠性及灵敏度,发现影响胶筒密封可靠性的主要影响参数及参数变化的灵敏度。该分析方法可作为工程应用中胶筒的可靠性评估指标及结构参数设计的依据,对胶筒工程应用中的故障诊断和维修具有重要的指导意义。 Through the research on the failure mechanism and form of the compression seal rubber tube, it was found that the cause failure of the rubber tube is the stress concentration and the destruction at the end face of the rubber. According to the mechanical model, deformation equation and the stress and strain equation, shear stress model was obtained. The influencing factors of the structural parameters, material properties and loads of the rubber tube were taken as uncertainties. Based on the theory of stress-strength interference, a reliability model of rubber tube seal was established. The reliability and the sensitivity of the rubber tube sealing performance were analyzed and calculated with the forth moment technique of structural reliability probabilistic analysis, Then the main influence parameters and the sensitivity for the rubber tube sealing reliability was revealed. This method can be applied as the basis for the reliability evaluation index and the structural parameters design of the rubber tube in engineering application. It has important guiding significance to the fault diagnosis and maintenance of the rubber tube in engineering.
