摘要
为更好地满足用户情感需求、权衡产品造型仿生设计中功能与形式两者的关系,将认知耦合引入产品造型仿生设计过程,探索符合产品情感语义的造型仿生设计方法。根据语义差分(SD)法获得产品目标感知意象评价值,结合熵权法得到各目标感知意象权重;利用造型分析法提取产品造型设计要素,通过数量化Ⅰ类理论建立产品综合感知意象与造型设计要素之间的关联,得到影响产品综合感知意象的造型设计要素优先级排序;采用眼动试验获得生物造型特征认知排序;将生物特征与产品造型要素进行强认知特征耦合匹配,形成初步造型仿生设计方案,并利用模糊综合分析法得到最佳方案,从而建立符合认知耦合的产品造型仿生设计方法。以医疗传感器造型设计为研究实例,验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to meet user′s emotional requirements better, and weigh the relationships between form and function in the product bionic modeling design. Cognitive coupling was introduced to the bionic design process of product modeling to explore the bionic modeling design method which fit product emotional semantics. Perceptual imagery evaluation value was obtained according to the SD method. The weights of multiple perceptual imagery were obtained incorporated with entropy method. The product modeling design elements were extracted using morphological analysis method. The relationships between comprehensive perception imagery and modeling design elements was established with quantification I theory to obtain the priority ranking of modeling design elements which affected comprehensive perception imagery of product. Eye-tracking experiment was performed to obtain the cognitive sort of biological characteristics. Strong cognitive feature coupling matching was performed on the biological characteristics and product modeling elements to form a preliminary modeling bionic design scheme. The fuzzy comprehensive analysis method was applied to obtain the optimal scheme. Therefore, the bionic design method that fit the cognitive coupling was established. The research of medical sensor was taken as an example to prove the effectiveness of this method.
