某超高层建筑结构的微创新

摘要 本文以超高层建筑为背景,通过三个结构设计微创新实例:取消X向框架梁使得公寓两房变三房、三房变四房;增设后施工的抗水平力剪力墙避免直接转换,提升入户大堂观感;增加构造柱悬挑梁式阳台,避免采用悬挑板式阳台。说明结构微创新可以提高建筑品质,为住宅项目结构设计提供借鉴和参考。 Considering the background of a super high-rise building, three examples of the micro-innovation on the structure of a super high-rise building are introduced in this paper. Firstly, the X-direction frame beams at the ele-vation of the apartment floors are cancelled so that the number of the rooms of the apartments increases from two to three and/or three to four. The shear walls to sustaining horizontal force are supplemented to avoid direct conversion,which enhances the perception of the entrance hall. Besides, the construction of the structural column cantilever bal-cony, instead of ordinary cantilevered plate balcony, is employed in the design scheme. It is demonstrated that the micro-innovation on the structure design can improve the quality of the buildings, which provide references for simi-lar structure design of residential projects.
